Todd Boyd

A Southern California native, Todd has called Maui home since 1987. His early experience as a tradesman gives Todd an appreciation of how details come together to make the differences that matter. His uncompromising nature has secured Todd contracts to build fine homes for select and discerning clients all over the island. Todd is hands-on from start to finish, always tells it like it is, and prides himself on never delivering a finished product that is anything less than perfect.

 

Sarah Schmidt

Sarah moved from New York to Maui in 2010 to join Todd's team as a partner. Sarah’s training is in finance and business management, but her passion has always been interior design. She finds this combination of skills perfectly aligns with the needs of building fine custom homes for her clients, and her award-winning designs have been featured in Houzz. Sarah leads project management and is also available to consult on design.
